  3. I'm making a front bumper also but i need help figuing out how to make it so it has the unibody tie ins anyone have a diagram or anything on the specs of there bumpers? any help would be great
  4. ok i was looking at my jeep and it only mounts to one side all other jeeps mount on both sides... I'm thinking of just beefing up my stock mounts and then installing a new bumper
  5. ok here it is i can buy a old 2wd comanche it needs some work has a 4L 5speed but it runs and i would like a winter beater so my other one only see's summer for a while. or i can get me a lift kit and tires for my other one and just work on it.

  11. i would love that kit but i also need it shipped to canada so it comes out to about 2600 canadian for me to get it here thats like what i paid for my truck and i still need to buy a 8.8 which is about 500 bucks
  12. well yeah i was hoping to spend like 2000 on it or maybe 2400 butall the long arm kits are designed for the xj and like the RE won't work cause of the skid plate has anyone used the RE long arm kit?
  13. i was driving up a snowy/icy mountain last night and it started making a bad sound its like the 4x4 is not disengaging when i put it in 4wd it drives fine but when i disengage it it makes a clunking and grinding sound. is that my CAD not working? what is happening?

  15. ok well i called rubicon again and there long arm kit won't work... the belly pan is way different my dreams are ruined now i must keep looking...

  17. ok so i can get RE long arm kit for 1970 shipped to me in canadian dollars or more for motion offroads. also how much better is clayton compared to RE I'm going with there 5.5 inch lift if i do go for it. and if i get the RE i can buy my 8.8 now and start buying stuff for my comanche... this is my first lift kit ive ever done so maybe after i finish this one in a few years i'll be familiar about parts and make my own lift kit and sliders and bumpers but for now I'm gonna do the easy way and pay

  22. the clayton lift kit says it requires welding what does it need welded? is this kit almost all bolt in? i have never put a lift kit in before is it hard?
  23. wow i calculated how much its gonna cost me to get where i want to be so thats jcr bumper slider and 1 ton steering claytons long arm kit treks UBE and a rear 8.8 will cost me 4100 dollars and thats if i install everything myself
