The 97 country, and 98-01 limited had that woodgrain trim. The 00-01 Cherokee had an option for heated seats. The power seat pedestals from that jeep will bolt into any 96-01 XJ, and any 96-01 XJ seat will bolt to the pedestal, and any 99-04 WJ seat will bolt to them too. Plus, I'm betting that has the much rarer passenger power seat pedestal. Good donor to get your power seat bases from. The power seats are nice because they can adjust the seating position much more than the manual bases.

Mind posting the part number while we are on the subject?
-
Are you using the SEM matching interior paint?
-
I like where it is now, I don't think any other place would be as useful.
-
Nicely done, looks functional, I would hate to lose the 12V outlet though.

That would be good, there are some security issues to keep in mind, but consider setting up a remote access, ie remote desktop, so that you can access the computer and make changes easily. Installing some database software is a good idea if you want to use something like drupal to organize content. But for simple picture hosting just having the directory viewable is nice. I have been using lightroom to generate a gallery for a group of photos(like an event that won't change in the number of photos) but I am considering a solution that will automatically generate a gallery for things where I keep adding photos, such as the MJ build. It looks like you need to install a folder, you need a ".htaccess" file that allows users to see the directory contents. Or consider setting up a database based program to organize them(I think a drupal setup could work). You can also just post the image directly and we can see it, but right now we can't view the directory. basically you need to make a text file that filename starts with a period "." so that is hidden. call it ".htaccess" then inside you need the line "Options +Indexes " this turns it on, default is off. This will make any subdirectories also hidden or viewable, so propagates from the parent.

Both, I have an apache setup here that I just don't use, I have found that its just easier to pay someone $9 a month for unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth hosting. Better than my home connection getting the brunt, plus I don't have to fuss around with my dynamic IP here at the house.

Yup thats the guy, his name is colin, he is good to deal with.

there is a breaker in the Uk that I buy my parts from. probably the same one that automan is going to tell you about. We will see if he comes through.

Yup, use imgur, even has a phone app. Or do like me, and get your own website: www.colorado4wheel.com www.colorado4wheel.com/images

The nice thing about that is you get two different fog light switches, the euro XJ rear fogs have a similar, but different switch so you can tell them apart. I'm going to be using he same thing in my MJ, but without a rear wiper I will have one extra switch, and if I don't have heated mirrors(which I would like) I will have 2 extra's......

This is a nice option too:

its always worked for me too, but there is something about the new text input box(java?) that kills the speelchecker
-
Yup installed, still no speelchcker.
-
still no speelchecker
-
FF 17 Welp, mine don't. I'll have to try that.
-
Anyone else noticed that your browers built in speelchecker no longer works with the new text input box?

That's my thinking too, there are two of those "JK8" conversions sitting down at the jeep dealer here, And lifted big blingy JKs are a dime a dozen. You see them driving around on the pavement all the time, and when you do see them off-road they are typically going the speed of a cement truck over the most minor obsticle, leaving a frustrated Jeeper in a stock XJ wishing they would pull off and let a more competent driver pass them.

Yup, leno likes things like stanley steamers, dusenburgs, turbine powered cars, old exotics, etc. I bet he would have been interested in it if it were a WWII MB fully retored to original spec.
-
I can't really blame him either, I don't see anything particularly interesting about that Jeep either, not really unique at all.

Me too! And a fuel source for your non-diesel vehicles. My emergency supplies are most dry goods, 25 pound bag of rice, 10lb bag of beans, large box of mashed potatoes, bunch of random cup of soups type of things, some candy, etc with a few canned goods thrown in. I have a bit of diesel and gas sitting in the parts cars here, but nothing easily stocked to grab in a few minutes. I used to have a bit of water stocked in the form of used 2L bottles, I don't anymore, I think I need to buildup my 2L water bottle supply again.

Yours is going to be wider at the bottom narrowing to the top a bit. I did it this way since the space seemed about right for the height of various bottles I tested. The ridges also naturally lent themselves to the aligned the front and back sections. I also faced my horseshoes in one direction, so one side you see both fronts or both backs, I was assuming most places you would put it would be against a wall cabinet etc, where you would never see the backside. Despite my best efforts, the thing rocked just a tiny bit when sitting on a flat table(used the garage floor as my flat surface for welding), so I used the cork board and some plumbers goop to provide a nice footrest. Level, and sturdy, but soft enough that it won't scratch up a table surface. I made it mostly because I wanted to try it, then I gave it to a friend for Hannukah.
