  1. My new years resolution is to quit somking so much dope. I'll never get my MJ done if i keep this up! :chillin:
  2. man that is sexy!
  3. NOS and APC sticker otta do it! :chillin: also all the oil my 4.0L blows keeps my floor boards from rusting!!!
  4. If your like me, that was one of the hardest things to do when it came to "go time"! Congrats man!!! Hope she can cook, mine sure can't! ha ha
  5. Thanks man! I do have plans to exo this truck. All it takes is one good roll and the whole truck is toast. My main goal with this truck is so that I can beat the snot out of it, roll it over, flop it back onto the rubbers and drive it home with only scratches on the tubes. I would have had all that done by now, but I’m bad about getting side tracked on other projects. I'm sure yall know how that goes.
  6. Sorry about that pete. I’m not running the jeep 4wd leaver; I have a wrench sticking up there the floor with one link connecting it to the t-case. It doesn’t have any stops like the factory handle does so it can’t be that. I took the cover off of the cad last night and slid the collar over so it wasn’t on both shafts. All that did was make me be able to steer the jeep on the road when it starts popping. But it is still doing the popping. I'm fairly positive its in the case. So I'm happy about that. I was wanting to upgrade to a dana 300 anyway. I guess until then ill go slide the collar back over in the axle and just take my drive shaft out. Ill throw it behind the seat incase my buds want to go wheeling.
  7. i don't care if it had zero miles on it and it had been under a tarp in the factory all these years, it wouldnt be worth 12k! at least not to me! :chillin:
  8. Ok let me give a better explanation of what is happening now that I'm back to my computer and not typing on an ipod. Basically when I'm stopped and I need to make a right or left hand turn its like the jeep is in 4high, and the jeep lunges and jolts with a pop coming from the front end. It will also pop every once in a while like it’s the locker. I stopped at a stop sign, put the jeep in 4 high and it jumped around like it should, but with no popping!!?? I'm trying to diagnose the situation. I have ax-15 to np231 to drive shaft to hp dana30 with lock right locker and I also slid the collar over in the cad so it is locked full time. The thing is ive been running the jeep like this for a good while and this is the first time ive had any problems out of it. So what is it, np231 is making it full time 4wd, is the lock right failing, or maybe something stupid like not enough doping in the axle???? Please help!!! :ack:
  9. no that is just down the street from the house. Now my t-case keeps make the front axle partially engage when I'm on the street. Could this be the fork doing this!
  10. Today I changed the oil in my jeep for the first time. No big deal you say. Well this is the first time ive changed oil on a renix motor. So I got my oil and filter like I have for every other 4.OL jeep ive ever had and changed it no problem. Until I cranked it up and moved it about 20 feet. I hope out and look under it to see if there is any signs of a drip and to my surprise there is a two foot wide line of oil from where I started the jeep to where I stopped it on the concrete. Dang what the heck, come to find out the renix motor has 20 x 1.5 thread for the oil filter and I got an oil filter for a HO engine. I felt so stupid! Its bad when you have to get out the presser washer to clean up the drive way when its already raining then go back to town and get more oil and another filter after all that. I guess it was cold and I was rushing, I didn’t think much about it only took about a turn in a half to get the oil filter tight instead of 5 or 6 rotations. Hard lesson learned…. I guess it could have been worse. :wall:  :wall: :grrrr:  :dunce:
  11. my tank is out of the way. ;)
  12. No no not my son, I was just saying if I where that man. Hell, why can’t we have some good terrorist that go around beating up American hatters? There are people in this country that dance in the street when an American gets killed over seas or we when America is under attack from some chicken sh!ts that live under ground. The blood in my vain run RED, WHITE, AND MF’N BLUE! We have too many pansies around here, terrorist, folks offended by the flag, the hell with them! sorry I just get pissed real easily when it comes to things like this. :fool:
  13. You wouldn’t have seen this story if it where any other flag!!! Our country is so quick not to offend any other nationality, but we forget about our own. Heck on Monday night football they got Hank to sing in Spanish!!!! I felt betrayed about that!!! But on one cares. Any who back to the story, I probably would have taken the time to clean the teeth out of there heads for trying to make me take my flag down. Especially when my son is over there fighting for those dumb asses freedom!
  14. i will soon, it will be the latter part of next month.
  15. :ack: WHAT A WASTE OF A GOLDEN EAGLE
  16. I hate to answer my own question, but I found it right after asking. The 4.0L is 428lbs, and the 5.9L is 547lbs, so it’s a difference in 119lbs roughly. That’s not bad at all!!
  17. How much more lbs does the 360 weigh more than the standard 4.0L? The reason I'm asking is because this has my wheels turning, but I wouldn’t do it if it was like 500lbs more. That’s just in my case; I don’t have much weight on the back of my truck.
  18. drove it to work thinking dang i wish this thang had more power! :rotfl2:
  19. I hear they give you up to 75hp and even 80hp with a sticker!! :ack: na, looks like a good exhaust system!
  20. keep the info roll'n in! i got a 360 in the shop i was thinking about putting in my mj later on down the road. way to keep it mopar!
  21. I’m running them in my mj. They are build pretty solid, I’ve beat on them pretty good. I haven’t had any problems out of them. I like them just fine, I’ve never had to turn around on a trail because of them, and they have taken every thing I’ve thrown at them just fine. The big question is what do you want? What do you want to spend? The thing is most people don’t like radius arms. We all want our control arms to look like there on some professional rock buggy. When the matter of fact we are ridding around in street jeeps, finders, bumpers, ext. Heck long arms arnt always what they are cracked up to be, sure the ride is better but the flex compared to a well setup short arm system isn’t much difference. Sorry I'm getting off subject! My bad!! :ack:
  22. Whats up guys? Well I took the jeep to Gulches ORV park today and wheeled it some. I was very impressed. The km2’s were gripping and rapping around like a dream, the jeep preformed flawlessly. I never had to be winched or needed to turn around. I haven’t been wheeling in 3 or 4 year, I did things that I wasn’t comfortable doing, but I had no problems doing them. The lockers were awesome! The only thing that hate that this jeep doesn’t have that my old one did is a twin stick dana 300, and an automatic transmission. But even so, there was no stopping her. :clapping:  O' yeah i didnt break anything!!! :rotf:
  23. That’s exactly the thread I was looking for. thanks!!
