Judging from the rear bumper, I'm guessing it's been resprayed at least once. The decal expert/s @Minuit can speak to their position on the truck. No interior shots, or engine bay pics (poor photography to begin with) and no mention of mileage. Too much to overlook when you're asking 18 grand. Just my two bits.
