my d44 has a 6 lug pattern, i was wondering if its possible to just redrill the flanges to 5, 4.5? so i don't have to get new wheels.
-
its some kind of race seat my friend was gonna let me use, but its a PITA to get it to work right so iam gonna throw the bench back in until i get some xj buckets or somethin for it
-
haha yea the doors are modded to pop off like a yj or tj, ill have em off on the trails but it rained lastnight

here's a few pics of the manche i got today, all the others are still on my friends camera here's the waggy 44 i got from the junkyard the other day, it has 3.31 gears.. kinda crappy but i may get those 4.10s for now till i can get 5.13s Image Not Found as it sits right now.. Image Not Found the engine bay.....bare.. but got a new coat of paint..(it was red) Image Not Found for me interior is kind of stupid, i gutted the truck even the ignition crap on the column, itll be a push button start with a kill switch and other stuff.. Image Not Found the heater core is gone as well...anything i don't need is gone, its a trail truck so to me useless interior is well......useless lol Image Not Found theres the ol' bench seat and other crap in the back.. Image Not Found

well it comes with the carrier, for only 45 i could get the R&P and carrier so i was hoping it would work in my 44 but idk if ill do it, i want 5.13s so i may just wait but id like to get those 4.10s so i can hurry up and put the 44 under the truck
-
will a tj rubicon 4.10 R&P fit in my waggy 44?
-
haha thats more work than i wanna do for a trail truck i don't need that much power, just more gears. iam lookin at a few cherokees getting parted out locally so i hope ill have one soon
-
well that waggy didnt have its rear axle, iam gonna stay with the 44 8.8 setup and just redrill the 44 flang to make it 5 lug, and get a spacer for the rear.
-
i got that front 44 and leafs off the waggy today, it sucked getting it home since my friend drives an xtera or however you spell it.
-
oh lol no thanks iam just lookin for a bolt in swap
-
well yea my friend greg is great with wiring he wired 3 of his cars, and so i trusted him with my truck before and again he is going to wire it, we pretty much gutted the entire truck of wires and will make our own harness using parts needed from the old one and bits made from baught wires. its going to be simple since its a trail truck now, that 96 motor was sold so iam looking for another i may have found one out of a tj ill keep you guys posted and try to get pics asap ... all the pics are on his camera

iam looking for a front d44 drivers drop of course, i know the waggy 44s are great but i can't seem to find any and there isnt any at my local junkyard, what other front 44s will work. any dodge ford or chevys? if so what years should i look for

i pulled the old 4.0 wed. night, it looked like crap the crankshaft broke.. i could look at it through a huge hole in the block. i have to go pick up that 96 motor and ill throw it in, this thing is gettin to be a project haha here's a few mods iam gonna do 96 motor. d44 front with leafs 8.8 rear i just gutted the entire wiring harness for the interior and engine bay, and my friend greg is gonna rewire the truck to have only the necesities, starter, fuel pump, headlights...etc. ill have pics later on of the mods but i have to load em.
