I gots a "semi-matching" rear tube (Smittybilt) that I really don't like and would be willing to part with if I could ever find a new or nicely used black OEM one out here... :D

While we are talking about P-n-P's... does anyone know or has asked how often their inventory changed... it would be cool if they could notify you when they got new stuff, especially if say you were looking for an MJ, and they could email you when a new MJ arrived in the yard... Dreaming I know, but would be nice. I don't want to go every month and just look at the same vultured XJ's every time. SW2

Don't quote me on this (because this is only what I read on other Forums), but I think there are a butt load of TJ's/XJ's etc and such running 35"s on D30's Pretty Hard... I think the recommendation would be to goto a quality Chromo Shaft Setup (I put AlloyUSA in my Front D30 on my TJ when I regeared/locked it). I plan on moving up to 35"s once these newer 33"s wear down a little bit. A D44 in the front doesn't seem to be a huge improvement over a D30 and from there, you are talking D60+, 9", etc which I personally really wouldn't worry about unless I was going to go 37+, but that's just me... I wish I knew... I ordered a couple things that came and did another order for some stuff and traded some emails and phone calls with the guy and he said there was a couple parts he couldn't get and it would be easier to get them local... There were 4 or 5 other parts that were included on the order that apparantly they didn't want to sell me... I won't use them again... Wade

I got some small OEM Stuff online here - jeepoemparts.com, but after my second order, they basically said that I should call dealerships in the area and they basically didn't want to deal with me anymore... or at least they quit replying to my emails where I asked if they still wanted to take my money... But some dealerships should still have some parts available, or be able to look to see who does... SW2

So I haven't heard back from DrT, and I'm 4th in line on the free ones....Anyone have any other newer shocks for stock height MJ they want to part with for cheap...other ideas? The local parts jockey wanted $80/ea for some new KYB shocks, and I wasn't really interested... I don't have a clue where I would get SensaTracs locally and don't really want to pay $70-$80/ea for new Shocks (KYB, Rubicon Express MonoTubes, OME Ugly Yellow's, etc). ***EDIT*** Never mind, I just ordered a pair of Monroe Sensa-tracs (Model 37026 per the Monroe On-Line Catalog) from Amazon.Com for $68 for the Pair, Shipped 2 Day Free with No Tax... (and no driving around looking for them locally) SW2

I actually hit the 2 in San Jose... didn't have time to come back down to Moss Landing before it started pouring so I just headed home. I was down there about a month ago and they had a Whiteish MJ with a TomyGate Lift, but it was pretty beat up. Not sure if that's the one you scored it off of or not. I don't think that I will go down there when it's not 50% off... I spent like $40 on a couple dash switch plates and stuff last time I was in Moss Landing...While I guess you can get some good deals, overall, for small stuff, it seems spendy... SW2

NICE! I wasn't as lucky today...went to 2 P-n-P yards, and picked up a couple small things, a Dash Clock (no idea if it works, but the clips and plugs in the best shape of any PnP Clock I'd seen), 3 TCase NP231 Brush Bezel things, some front side markers, a wheel cap, assembly that goes into the 1/2 Console... No MJ's (of course) and most of the XJ's had been pretty well picked over... I saw a couple really messed up XJ's, one that looked like they needed the Jaws of Life to get the driver out and there was still blood (or what appeared to be blood) on the dash and windshield... We fill a 64 Gal Recycle Bin virtually to the top every week... mostly just cardboard and stuff. All of our Bottles/Cans, etc (anything with the CRV refundable cycle value thing that we pay for when we buy stuff out here in Cali), goes into a separate bin. I save all that stuff up and give to my local 4x4Club who collects it from all the members and then donates the cash to two "local" 4Wheel Drive/Land Preservation groups. Figure I'm doing good for the future of Wheeling in my area by drinking lots of beer and saving the bottles! SW2

:agree: I have one on my TJ and the only reason it's still there is because I tossed the stock length bolts and have been too lazy to go find new ones... Spend your money elsewhere! I wish I had... I do have a nice annoying whistle due to the TBS, but otherwise... SW2

How long do they sit there before acutally getting sent? I have one I sent @ 8 AM today... so 6ish hours and still in "outbox", didn't know if there was a message queue that backed up or soemthing... One thing I'm thinking about is a spray/roll in liner for my MJ (Line-x, Herc, etc)... I'm not a big fan of the drop in plastic ones and my bed, while nothing more than a little surface rust that I would take care of before I had anything done... I'm still looking for a decent White Tailgate, so I wouldn't have my crappy one done until I found a decent one, but the rest of the bed would look nice with a liner I think. Any Thoughts? What is the price range I should expect if I were to have someone commercially do it? I don't ever know where to begin looking locally, and I don't want to mess with doing it myself. Thanks SW2
