  1. Not too bad for $80...
  2. Another friend used to put Lambo Countach and 427 Cobra fiberglass fake body kits on top of Fiero frames and sell as Kits.... I helped him one weekend gut the interior of a few of them that he had...
  3. Going first thing in the AM... The seller said someone else was also coming to look at em and whoever showed up first with the money would get em... (as long as they aren't messed up, hard to tell in that little Craigslist pic). Sw2
  4. Thanks for the tips on the Washers... It's a "short term" setup until I can afford and/or justify a "real" swap... I don't think I'm going big, but eventually a 3-3.5" sounds about right. SW
  5. Which shackles did you get Wade? http://tinyurl.com/5nwpfu
  6. They still have it... I'm going to try to go down in town tomorrow to buy em... I did get the wife a nice ring for our Anniversary, so I deserve to get something for myself... sw2
  7. Had a buddy years ago with an 88 GT that was FAST!! I don't remeber all what he had done as far as aftermarket parts, but the thing weighed next to nothing and was QUICK
  8. You guys think these are worth $100? I emailed about already, but if it's a really good deal I will call and try to go over and get em... http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/tls/741034395.html
  9. Mines cracked but it stays in for now... I will probably replace with a new one if/when I get a new console... I think Brent can get new ones for about $10, but I'm sure he can chime in for sure...
  10. tHE bLACK GUY>? :laughin: He was the ghey one...
  11. Wasn't that the Revenge of the Nerds fraternity? :rotfl2: Guess which one is Wahoo...
  12. From a previous post: I've done this quite a few times, and I don't even bother jacking anything up anymore. I use the good old MJ standard bottle jack between the rear spring and frame, and crank it up to just put pressure on the spring. To be "safe" I put a couple of C-clamps on the base of the bottle jack to hold it securely to the spring. Then loosten and remove the shackle bolt nuts, pull the bolts (bottom bolt first), pull the shackle, then jack it up another inch or so until the bolt holes line up with your new extended shackle and reverse the procedure, inserting the top bolt first. Do one side at a time; takes about 15-20 minutes per side. Is that "Safer" that jacking the whole back end up or just "easier", especially for a new guy who's never unbolted a spring pack before... I'm going to be doing mine in the next couple of weeks when my new Shackles show up...
  13. Nah, you just put the stuff in the freezer for a few days and you can really gulp it down with no problem... Honestly haven't touched it since my "younger" days... I don't think they can even sell the 190 Proof in Cali... they did in Nebraska and was always a bottle in the freezer... was more useful to fill a Watermelon or add to the the bucket for the "Garbage Party"
  14. My prefered non-beer drink is Crown...either straight up or on the rocks. :D I don't indulge in liquors very often though because "liquor makes me brave" ;) . When not drinking BL Lime, I just chug this stuff by the bottle full...
  15. Hey this aint the bicker thread bunger!
  16. Hey guys, we are talking about Smileys, not your Taste in Beer... For those of us who (over)indulge in BL Limes, we should hold this to an Official vote... I vote for #2... I know that the little yellow guy is holding a BL Lime, but I like the text for those uneducated in all of the Glory that IS BL Lime. So if it's a ComancheClub only smiley, then #2 since we all know what "BL Lime" is... for other forums, or church websites, AA Meeting Newsletters, etc, #3 might be better since it spells it out a little more... Yes, I've fulfilled my daily ration of BL Lime in the last hour since arriving home from work Wade Bud Light Lime Appreciation Society
  17. See now it's time for that HEMI, LS1 or LS2 I was talking about last week...
  18. Low key this weekend... I'm "working" today and tomorrow... Tomorrow is my 10th Wedding Anniversary and the Wife has to work in the evening, so I'm going to take her to a nice lunch and give her a ring that I got her... We are going away to a nice resort type place up the coast the following weekend without the kiddies :D :D For the Forth, we'll probably do some Dogs/Burgers and walk into town for the 4th of July Parade. Fireworks all canceled due to Fires and Dryness. I suspect some Beers will be killed. Guy from the Jeep Club might be coming to rescue the black 87 MJ from me to make room in the Garage for the Budget Boost/Shackle Swap and eventual Stroker Swap (that's still in MI and will be till you dudes buy some of the stuff from Dave) I'm pretty sure the Wife works over the weekend too... so that pretty much kills anything "fun" except playing with the munchkins, unless I get the inlaws to come over and watch em for me.
  19. I like your edit... http://stomper4x4.com/stomperii.htm
  20. They look something like these? I don't have answers, I'm just the interested Photo linking guy...
  21. That sounds BAD!
  22. Mine is right and everyone else is wrong?
  23. Every Day my friend... Wade's to Do List: #1) ComancheClub #2) Everything else non-ComancheClub related...
