well one of the 35s i bought had a rip in it and the tire guy i brought it too said it was too big to repair, it was about a 3" puncture so i sold them and made 10 bucks  I also changed my plan a little bit, i decided instead of the long arms to stick with short arms seeing how I'm only at 4" of lift in the front and have no real plans to go any bigger at this point so i built the beefiest adjustable short arms ever and i upgraded to a double shear track bar. 2" 1/4" wall square tubing with 1 1/4" currie johnny joints  and i saw another comanche in town also recently took a trip to the east coast (mass to be specific) to see my family and got to check out my brothers homemade offroad trailer and if your into classic looking jeeps and diesel engines check his build out http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f22/should-have-started-cj-build-1066682/ then i got back to town and went to a car meet/show/cruise and saw the biggest xj iv ever seen

Rough Idle When Warm Or After Getting Off The Highway
JT31 replied to JT31's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I don't have an 02 sensor -
so my mj runs good when its cold but once it gets warmed up it idles funny, the idle fluxuates a lot, and it also smells like I'm running very rich, i tried replacing one of the air monitors on the vacum system and even replaced my cat and muffler, only thing i can think of is the injectors maybe i have a stuck injector? its an 87 with the renix with 225,xxx miles any thoughts? p.s i once burned a 1/4 tank of gas just idling for 45 mins
-
ordering the rest of my long arm parts this week :) and I'm looking for a hp30 without the vaccum dissconnect, going to truss it and put my 4.10s in it with a lunchbox locker, maybe wj knuckles and 1ton steering, if i have the funds when i drop the axle in

I'm at 38th and sheridan, but you won't see much of my comanche on the streets these days, i ride my street bike 95% of the summer theres another comanche in brighton, he lives by the ball feilds, had a rock crawler in his yard last fall, he also has a cj5 out front
-
yeah, it was on craigslist, i was on the fence about selling it, had a couple people offer me some money but i delcined all offers, yes the front bumper was on in the picture but i just recently took it off, i have a new bumper iv been working on for awhile.
-
and a few more pictures
-
oh boy i havnt been on in a long time but iv made some progress on my comanche since last time i logged in :) i aquired a topper, added a stinger, then added a bed mount tire carrier, then put a stock bumper on the front and took the topper off and somewhere along the lines i ended up on 33s haha this was early spring then came the tire mount ]
