I'm the second owner of this truck, and I've had it since 2004. She might not be pretty but she has always started up when I've needed her to. Affectionately named Betsy Lou, this old gal has been more reliable than any Honda. She loves to work, and with 4 liters of raw American power, you can put 2300 pounds of anything in the back of her 7 foot bed. She has the Dana 44 axles mated to the bulletproof Peugeot 5 speed manual and 3.07 gears with Posi. Yes she will spin all 4 if you want. I put in a new clutch about 5 years ago, and some new heavy duty rear leaf springs a couple years prior to that. Oil is always changed with 15w40 Rotella to keep the bearings happy. Pretty sure I did an oil pump too. Fuel tank is newer too, I replaced with a 26 gallon tank. Mechanically she's a champ. I've driven her to Florida once or twice and while she's primarily a backup vehicle for me, when I've asked her to put in work daily she can and will. I've done 110k miles in my time with her, so that says something. Frame is solid, and the body is meh at best but most are that haven't been restored. Anyone that knows this truck can see the value of her and possible potential. I can send pics via text if you desire. Like I said not pretty but she's a horse and I'd drive her anywhere. Just not a pretty ride. The ideal owner would be someone who's gonna either restore her or use her as a work beast. Vehicle is clean CT title and registered.

Oh nice. Rear spoilers are a tough call. Its easy to look like a ricer if you put the wrong one on. Your chin spoiler is way less obvious than mine. The Javelin ones tend to get smashed into curbs, etc.

I just noticed the "partial exo cage". Yah it looks like a good place to mount lights behind the cab and it's about as effective as the light bars the screw into the bed floor.

I feel your pain and congratulations on the two colors. I had the same issue with my 71 AMX. It's painted now at least, but when I got it someone had spray bombed primer gray over the silver on most of the top half of the car. Most of the bottom was black, the quarters had some maroon after I sanded down the quarters to see how bad it was(I had to put new quarters, trunk extensions, inner and outer rockers), and then light green after the body work was done. Plus I had the hood off a black car on it to complete the hick bondo hotrod look. Would you put a scoop or spoiler back on the car or are you going for a different look?

If I get offer the right number of sell it. 87 Comanche body -fully plated (engine bay,front rails face and bottom, mid plates that tie in to rockers) 1/4" rockers made from 2x12 tube shaved cab mounts (flat from rocker to rail) Partially Eco caged all 1 3/4 Dom Engine is a 4.0 tranny is a ax15 (5speed) and wire harness is out of a 96 Xj with 125k on it Transfer case is out of a 2004ish rubicon (4to1 low range) tom woods driveshaft. Axles -front is a waggy 44 with 5lug outers -ten factory alloy shafts 4.88 gears and a full spool. Tnt truss also has PSC hydro assist . Rear is a ford 9in custom back braced and plated with 4.88 gears and a full spoil 31 spline with Yukon shafts. Front suspension is 3.5 RE coils with rock krawler long arm. Rear is spring over stock leafs but I frenched the front mount 3" in to frame to get a 3" lift instead of 6" Shocks are fox 2.0 resi custom valved front and rear. 35" bFG KM2's lil less then half tread Interior has 2006 WRX seats with custom brackets. Dash is out of 96 cherokee. New carpet Asking 8000 obo. Don't offend me and lowball me I will simply not answer you. Serious inquiries only . I've spend a lot of money and time building this truck don't want to sell it but testing the waters.
