Damn, can't get anything by you. LOL, yeah, standing right beside the guy you thought was me. (Remember, I'm Booger). Did you try out for the Olympic javelin team?
-
That's you and your teeth on the bottom right isn't it MiniBeast? :D
-
 Yup, that was it, how did you know?! And they based the characters from when I was there. I was Booger! LOL, no the "Lambda Lambda Lambda"'s of my school were the Beta's, and you were "that guy" that we always hesitated to let in to a party because even though we were friends you were always trying to cause trouble ;)
-
The Garbage Party, yeah, that was the concoction that always had you driving the porcelain bus at the end of the night ecause you just had no idea how strong it was. My fraternity was Pi Kappa Alpha so we called ours PiKA Punch. Spiked melon, hmmm, that might be a good idea this weekend as a matter of fact!

My prefered non-beer drink is Crown...either straight up or on the rocks. :D I don't indulge in liquors very often though because "liquor makes me brave" ;) . When not drinking BL Lime, I just chug this stuff by the bottle full... With paramedics standing by??

Love the mini "K&Ns", very cool. Hey pingpong! It looks like he truggied his RC Manche

Somebody would need some excellent photoshopping skills, but before Taz spins it looks like he is reaching for something. If he could grab a full bottle of BLL and when he stops spinning the bottle reappears as empty, now that may be the coolest avatar ever. IMHO of course. :D
-
I was thinking similar to Hornbrod, a "non-spinning" Taz with a bottle of BLL photoshopped to his hand.

Hornbrod, you are correct that the Tidewater area is loaded with hidden culinary treasures. There is a very popular cookbook called "Tidewater on the Half Shell" that hits on a lot of the common Chesapeake Bay area seafood recipes that are sooooo good. Tracker, they won't think you're a fool if you end up keeping some mo-ron from getting hurt or killed!

Dayem, you're making me hungry. My parents used to live on Gwynn's Island in Mathews county, and I still have a sister in Gloucester, so I've been to just about every seafood place within 100 miles or so of there. Two of my favorites (besides Lowery's) are the Seabreeze on Gwynn's Island, and Taylor's Restaurant in Deltaville. Both are great places to suck cold beer and fresh oysters. Taylors has an all-ya-can eat seafood buffet that is fantastic. I get up there about every three years or so and pig out. Hornbrod, you ever been to Pope's Creek of 301 in southern Md? Chesapeake Bay blue crabs by the bushel, roll out the newspaper, order some Backrubs (high octane fruity cocktails), and start hammering and picking. Good eats......
-
You gonna be in Tappahannock this weekend Tracker?? I didn't do it. :chillin:
-
Hornbrod, you are well traveled my man. Been to Lowery's a few times for sure. Like you said, good stuff, nice "home cooking". I think I've had the crab cakes every time I've been there. I don't know how long it's been since you've been there, but the little town has grown a lot. Still very small, but all the retail trappings of the modern day, i.e. Wal-Mart etc. One time with this same buddy, pre-kids, he took us way up the Neck into Calico, about 35 mins NE of Tappy, to a little dive called The Driftwood. Most unassuming place you'd ever see but they had a menu that was 3-4 star. I had a 12oz filet that was pha-nominal! but what made it so special was the 4 or 5 giant fried oysters on top. Mmmmmm, makin' me hungry right now! Some nice veggies and a potato on the side, and I think it was about $19.95. Needless to say, Ned (my buddy) and I got hammered.

Mundy's Corner rings a bell. And you mean there is actually another way to State College from P'burgh other than 22 LOL??
-
I've been to Ebensburg. A little blip on the screen on the way to State College. Last time I was there was early '06 trying to beat the ice storm out of there on my way back to Pittsburgh, and all that road construction was going on with re-routed turns and such. Be safe!

Wade, since we both seem to be doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING today, well, check that, we ARE contributing our vast wrenchability skillz, problem solving skillz, wit and humor skillz (to be read in your Napoleon Dynamite voice) to the CC today, but how 'bout we just go ahead and meet down at the corner and throw a few back. This work $#!& is overrated. :D
-
I'll give you a $100 for that thing!! Oh, yeah, it's not real. Ok, how 'bout a high five for "that looks cool".
