Hey CC’ers. I need a new set of tires for the MJ. I am looking for inexpensive replacements. Can be MT or AT as it is driven 98% of time on street. It has to be 17 inches and 32 to 33” tall. I am in Florida if that is important? I appreciate the help with this.

LoL, I lucked out on not getting the box spring!

After driving it around the block with the owner, he came down to $300. I left there getting it for $270. After getting it back and washed up ->

I was only told that it was a white Cherokee, not a decked out 4wd two door Limited. The jeep has 220k miles on the 4.0 motor, the AW4 automatic transmission and the NP242 transfercase. The bad - the jeep needed a new windshield, the lower plastic trim was sheet wall screwed on, the tint was so bad you could not see out of most of it, behind the drivers side door was a dent in the lower quarter panel, and the rear axle was screaming. I already had a rear D44 out of an 1987 XJ ready to go in, so good news there ->

I am so glad I found a place to document my latest build; an 1990 2 door jeep Cherokee. The back story - at the time I purchased this XJ, I already had 2 CJ's and 3 Comanche's. I definitely did not need another jeep. So the ball was definitely in my court for negotiating a price. The owner said he would sell it to the scrap yard for $300 if he did not get the $400 he was asking for it?? I put $300 in my pocket and headed over. This is my first look at the jeep ->

The mj is parked up at my parents property. Probably going to sell that and my scrambler 🥺. With the family now, The dually project is no longer going to happen. Sold both 86 Comanche’s. I am going to sell the complete dually kit. My son is my project now. Here is my daily driver now

Hello Pete! This is by far the best online group that has ever been. Picture trail just caught on that I have 62 bytes of pictures on a max of 20 lol. Had to update my account to keep my build-up page active 😬. My family is great , thanks for asking. Best news is that I had a son 4 years ago and that is one reason for my absence. Truck has been retired because I need a something I can haul the dog and kids around. Don’t worry, I replaced it with a 2 door XJ. Keeping it Jeep. By the way, I hope your pup is still jeeping. I will get a picture of my Cherokee up here.
