djag12 Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 I told Erik I would post some pics of my 65 mustang because his wife wants one. They are garage pics I snapped at lunch so when I pull it out I'll post better ones. Please excuse the dust it hasn't seen the outside for a while.
gixxerman600 Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 If that thing starts taking up to mutch space ill take it off your hands.LOL :brows:

djag12 Posted May 14, 2008 Author Posted May 14, 2008 Yes, I guess it is called the cue ball. It is a HURST
robfg67 Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 My 2007 Shelby has the HURST cue-ball shifter-its a throwback to what you have in your '65.
xjblue Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 I had to sell my 66 recently  - but it never looked that good. Thanks for the pics.
djag12 Posted May 14, 2008 Author Posted May 14, 2008 I traded my 05 mustang conv v6 in for my 08 JK. Now your 07 Shelby is awesome. Any pics?
BREEZE1 Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Man i like the Rally pack!!! thats a good looking stang!! don't ever get rid of it!
robfg67 Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I had a few pictures of her, but just can't find them. I have the white with grey racing stripes. It is completely stock. I've only owed Jeeps my entire life, so this has been a different experience. I'll post some pics in the next few days if it stops raining!
ifixit8 Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 so what color is that? it looks to be on the same realm that my wife and i have picked for our 65 stang.
djag12 Posted September 16, 2008 Author Posted September 16, 2008 It's black with a layer of winter dust in the picture. It was totally restored 20 years ago and has been garage kept since. I bought it 2 years ago and have driven it maybe 10 times. The paint job is starting to show its age with a few weld spot popping up. The under side is still in awesome shape. I think part of the reason I don't drive it is that I live on a dirt road.
Catatonic Comanche Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 I had a 68 Stang in my youth. At the time, I had to part with her for reasons of financial practicality. I miss her and regret the sacrifice now that I am older and more the wize. I hope she is in good hands this eve...wherever she might be...
