Ordered a set of 3" leaf springs from Hellcreeck last night, got this e-mail back thought i'd share.

"Thank you for buying a set of our MJ-3 springs. Unfortunately, we are

> out of stock at this time. These will not be produced for about 5 to 6

> weeks, so we are going to reverse the charge on your credit card and

> cancel your order so as not to tie up your money. As soon as these are

> ready for shipment, we will notify you. You can decide at that time if

> you want to place your order again.

>

> Thanks,

> Tom"

From what I hear though, they are worth the time you will be waiting. I wish I would have gone with them rather than get mine from Rusty's Offroad. I didnt even get a sticker from Rusty's when I ordered mine...

I have an additional leaf to install in my Rustys pack.

I actually LIKE mine!! I just want it a bit stiffer...its GREAT as a wheeling only application. The damn things are damn near supple!!! Its just when I ned to throw something in the back... It won't take any weight before its dragging arse!!

I also have a brandy new set of coils for the front so I can swap out the ACOS's.

Thats exactly why I don't like them, too supple. I guess I use mine more for hauling things around than wheeling and that is the reason why. I did grab some load springs from another MJ and have added them to the bottom of the pack. That helped alot but its all still too lightweight for my tastes...

...Guess I should just go get a J-truck and dedicate that to my hauling duties. I wish.

Now that's a company that cares about it's customers.

Most companies nowadays act like "we have your money, if you need to wait 3 months before you get our product, too bad!"

They take the chance of their customers taking their business elsewhere in the hopes of keeping (or creating) a good name for customer service.

That alone is enough for me to go to them instead of a competitor if I need something they carry.

I had a company I ordered parts from bill me, and it took 6 weeks for me to get the parts... I was pissed, I had paid the credit card off before I even got the parts. Glad to see a vendor make a stand up move like that
