I just did it. I can post up the plans if you like. It will just be a week or so until I can pull it off to measure it.

Here's mine. Made from steel from a scrap yard, and plumbing pipe.

 

And here are pics of it off the truck when I was painting it.

This is mine , its 2x4 3/16 with some 2"pipe sliders a 2" reciever , some D-shackels and a couple o lights
