Not bad actually when you look at the price of a new Wrangler now. That thing is 10 times more capable and for only $15K more than a new one off the showroom floor. 99% of us could not buy a new Jeep and build it like that for that price. ;)

 

OOOPS...just realized that it appears to still have the stock D44's under it so that takes a little away from my analogy... :chillin:

It's not too bad, but I can almost guarantee he didn't do the work himself. I know I wouldn't pay anything near that much for it either. Did anyone else see his "build" page? After seeing that, I know it's not worth the price he's asking for it.

Not that I could ever comeup with $60,000 for any vehicle the magazine four wheeler has $80,000 in their TJ brute conversion and in the last issue implied they might be selling it and know that it might not fetch what they put into it.

I love the Brute's, but no matter how hard I try, I just don't like the raised roof on the cab. I think it has more to do with the skylights.

I guess I see the one on ebay not as a truck but a civilized truggy. The Brute is more to my liking as a truck. I figure it's the solid bed vs the tube and mesh bed that wins it over.

the gas filler door :nuts: they do make a door that goes over it as an option or aftermarket accessory.
