No start

I have a 1991 Comanche sport with the 2.5 the truck sit for a few days with the snow we got 

Went out and tried to start it and all it will do is crank over it’s getting fuel and fire but still no start any ideas what to start looking for

I assume you have checked for spark?

On the bright side, it’s an HO so you can treat your symptoms like it’s a 4.0 HO.

It's a 2.5L, I am generally not in the know but did the 2.5L get similar upgrades to the 4.0 HO in 1991?

Yup! Went from the Renix TBI to Chrysler MPFI HO.

Any chance it could be the crank sensor

Crank sensor would cause a no spark condition but will allow the engine to crank over, just not start.

I’m really at a loss on this one may check and see if the injectors are working properly

Having SBEC, can he do blinky codes? If so, anyone know how it's done?

This may help. I don't know if the codes are different for the 2.5 but might get you started.
