well, i used the same one i had with no work done on it. no vibrations. That is totally up to you.

 

you could add a slip yoke elimintor for $250 then get your driveshaft modified for more money. that is another option.

 

i would prolly SPOA it and see how it handles first then decide if you need to get dshaft work done

I reused the factory drive shaft ,it was short after the soa so I had it re tube and for my application added .75" I reused the u-joints as they were only a year old and the drive line shop said changing angles had no affect on a good joint.

now they are over 3 years old and still running fine I do keep them well lubed

New U-joints are recommended no matter what you do.

 

I had my 2wd shaft cut down locally for pretty cheap.

 

forgot about that part..

 

they are cheap anyways..
