The flares won't be too difficult to come across. The mounting brackets how ever are a different story.

 

I have lurked a long time hoping to find usable brackets with Zero luck and for as simple a function they serve I default to one day making them myself... the day has not come yet so plz if you locate a treasure trove of them share ;)
