Pete M Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 so this is the ad I found a while back, and these are all the trucks in the CC registry that share the code "AJS: SUN/SOUND/SHADE PACKAGE" in their printout. I'm thinking there's a connection? (with the code being a reused code) The one truck even has the Fourwheeler sticker in the window.
89 MJ Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 Are you thinking that’s the four wheeler of the year edition, or do you think that’s two tone paint? I could see it being either, but if it is the two tone paint, that means Chrysler must’ve changed the code in 87.
fiatslug87 Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 Maybe the 4 wheeler of the year, wouldn’t the two different two tines have different codes?

fiatslug87 Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 It appears that APC is the two tone paint code irrespective of color combination, so AJS could be the 4 wheeler of the year package.

89 MJ Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 So both APC and APB are both two tone codes? Could one be for the truck being two tone and the other code be for the stripe separating the colors?

APB TWO TONE PAINT PACKAGE - I APC TWO TONE PAINT PACKAGE - II Seems there was at least 2 different options for 2 tone paint. Not sure what either of them mean however.
