acfortier
I'm thinking about selling my Comanche, but not really sure what it's worth. I've got a ton of extra parts that I'll include with it, including NOS brush guard, front skid plate, tow mirrors w/ door bracket, extra odds and ends. Located in MA, it's fairly rust free except some spots on the body. The only issue that is may (or may not?) have is the intermittent crank-no start that I don't feel confident has been fixed. 89 MJ
Your best bet might be something like Bring A Trailer. If I were you, I’d get some miles on it to dry to determine whether or not the issue is fixed before selling it.
Pete M
prices are all over the map. I agree, I would try and lick that problem. it's worth more if it's a good driver.
ghetdjc320
If you’re selling it due to issues, you will get low balled. I’d still strongly suggest that, if you haven’t done so yet, put a NEW fully charged battery in it and see if that solves things. If it doesn’t, you can always return the battery. Just ignore the fact that it will crank and shows good voltage. In looking at your various posts regarding the different issues you’ve had, I still am strongly suspicious of that battery being the underlying culprit. If you can get it fixed and decide to sell, at least it will be worth more

I really do hope it works for you. If not, well at least you can check that one off the list
pizzaman09
I had an excellent experience selling my first Comanche on BaT. Let me know if you'd like any tips selling with them. As others have said, do make sure it runs well or explain it fully in the ad if it doesn't, you'll save yourself much explanation when the questions roll in. acfortier
I don't think it's "nice enough" to be on BaT, lol. It needs a paint job, badly, but I'm not sure I want to invest that $$ if I'm just going to turn it around and sell it anyways. I initially purchased it for $6000 a few years ago. I was thinking I'd be happy with $8000, and honestly not sure if it's worth much more than that, anyways. Also would include a large slew of extra parts I've accumulated over the years: * NOS brush guard * Inner fender liners, need to be installed * Extra set of door/window seals * dual diaphragm brake booster * solid rear window gasket * Extra maroon dash/door panels/interior bits * tow mirror set up w/ brackets * front skid plate (haven't reinstalled since I got it)
