1988 Comanche with 6 cyl 5 speed

project and progress;

got a bunch of little junk to address but plans are as follows

ordered window weather stripping and new door locks, install vent windows, and repair manual window regulators (that was fun:shaking:) also will be working on the door latches and the 35 year old grease:laugh:

also picked up AX-15 and a Liberty rear 8.25" (open and 3.73 but basically free), that will hopefully get a Detroit Truetrac and 4.10 gearing

pics to follow:wink:

well it is/was not real exciting but I worked on the doors on the Heep today, the latches and locks were in terrible shape as well as the weather-stripping, I cleaned the door latches and replaced the 36 year old grease, I ordered some new door lock cylinders that were listed as a direct replacement, they did not however work out:dunno: I was able to rejuvenate the PS lock, but the DS is in poor shape:crazy: I ordered the replacement stuff from Carparts.com, the weather-stripping and the cleaned/greased latches worked out really well the WS fit great and was a pretty easy install
