Salvagedcircuit Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 Woah. I see one of these hoses still on rockauto, but the other is non existent. Interesting
watchamakalit Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 They are listed to fit 89-90. Is there a change in the ac system that would prevent these from working on my 88?
Tera Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Have you found this info anywhere else, i have been hunting for a while now.
watchamakalit Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 No I haven't received an answer yet. May just break down and try a set.

I just had my ac fixed in my 87 and the hose from the condenser to drier is non existent. I had to have a hydraulic line company make me one and it didn’t have the bend in but it worked. We moved the drier location a bit because they made the hose a bit long to account for that bend. It works and now I have ac

All four ac hoses can still be ordered and I included the other part number for the ac hose that attaches to the condenser. You can’t buy it anywhere. At least not to my knowledge. On a side not however, there was a guy on the Comanche group who just parted out his with AC that has that line. He just messaged me yesterday. I can get you his name if you want and you can get it from him. It is used but sounds like it is functioning. Let me know.
watchamakalit Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 I'll probably have a new one made. Not so keen on replacing 30yr old part with more 30yr old parts. I was really hoping we found an aftermarket solution. Oh well, the search continues.

It works though.
