I took a set of calipers out to my tailgate and measured the decal Here are the dimensions of each letter in the decal. Millimeter measurements are dead on, the inches are a "close enough" rounding. Font is Helvetica Bold J - 132 mm x 100 mm - 5 1/4" x 4" e - 95 mm x 90 mm - 3 3/4" x 3 1/2" p - 118 mm x 87 mm - 4 5/8" x 3 7/16" (Listed in Height x Width) There is a character spacing of 75 mm (~3") on the tailgate. All of this works out to a rough "font size" of 478 (according to Inkscape) Also, if you're just looking for a replacement set of decals, this website sells all of the Comanche variations.
