The perpetrator saw that you were a Jeep guy and simply rehomed the parts rather than throwing them out.

Omg. So i get home from work around 11:20 last night n a few mins later i hear something on my porch. I jump up n swing the door open to find someone on my deck. So, now i know where parts came from no big deal......... He tells me he has more stuff. Long story short. At the end he's like, yeah i was looking to get 100 bucks for everything HAHAHAHA. My response was. You need a hand loading it back up? Lol smh.....
