scguy Posted February 2, 2023 Author Share Posted February 2, 2023 Picked up a set of LED headlights from @NHMJXJthat were aged a bit and a bit faded, so I cleaned them up with a 3M restore kit. They really turned out well! In my opinion, they're the best looking LED headlights, without looking like a bug. They cleaned up so well, they pointed to the grille and bezels being faded, so I cleaned and painted them. The Jeep looks so much better now! My very first Jeep was a Moss Green 2 door 2wd 96 XJ with the tan interior. Good memories! Unfortunately it died in an accident when the other guy going down the road decided to see what my side of the yellow line was like. Next one was my favorite color combo. I got a center console lid (grey, but whatever), full instrument cluster, ZJ shift knob for the XJ. Thanks to @DzimmI have a passenger armrest to install as well. Didn't exactly walk away but I lived to tell the tale and went home from the hospital later that night with just a broken leg and a bunch of stitches.
