AC condensation leaking into passenger foot well

I'm sure it's a clogged drain but I don't know how to clear it.

In the engine bay, to the right of the blower, is an outlet with a 90* tube. Remove the tube and clear any obstructions

If the tube is missing it will also leak back into the cab

Getting it off is way easier than putting it back on as you can see. The squeeze trick has always worked for me.

I did the squeeze trick. Found the snake head but could not get clear.  

 

Flowed freely with clear water.
