Someone one here was attempting them at some point, there's a thread with people posting their emission labels.

I remember that thread actually. I think it died out a couple years ago.

 I have a couple labels I've done over the years .  I bought some of his labels as well, While they are OK in quality, they aren't a perfect match.  I've done the emissions labels for an 88 and also the fill procedure for the expansion tank.

I got them. They are by no means bad, the resolution is not as sharp as original but they are of acceptable quality.
