Every D35 I've seen had the flat bottom on the diff.

I am going to have to agree that its a 8.25, although the d35 may have a flat bottom it doesnt stick our as far as the 8.25. Just by looking at the pictures that is my guess.

Its 11.38" wide and were the drive shaft bolts up it has the chrysler stamp on it.

The axle tubes are 3" od also.
