hey guys i currently have a 1989 jeep Comanche eliminator with the 4.0 4wd and was wondering if you guys would know if a 87 4.0 2wd front window would fit if i does I'm gonna buy the 87 for replacement and scrap parts lemme know what you guys think

Depending on where your at and if you shop around yeah,  safelite in my area is 250 for the windshield but they are usually a little higher then some of the other places around me.

also realize with used most shops don't like to install and won't warranty it if it breaks. There is a possibilty of breakage just removing it as well as they are glued in.

all years of MJ/XJ use the same windshield glass. :L:  bonus points if you get the 97+ rubber trim (the glass itself still glues in, the rubber trim just replaces the metal trim)

They switched over to rubber trim in 1994 or maybe even a bit earlier than that I believe.
