Looks halfway decent.  What you are seeing for rust on the underside of the floors will be 100 times worse on the inside.  Be sure one of the first things you do is pull the carpet and clean that rust up, replace metal where you have to, and seal it up real good.  Easy to fix just takes some time.

Looks like some rust, but not bad. As stated before, could be worse on the inside. I see the one spot that looks like it is through. Take a pic of the engine bay. What's the asking price? Take a full pic on the truck.

Looks are deceiving ... I bet you could push your thumb right through that spot that's 1-2 o'clock from the plug.  

 

Overall it looks decent/straight from the pics you provided.
