I'm thinking that is a nice setup really for your platform 🤔. Definitely be useful for underbody skid.. I'm not sure it'll see much off-road use. With the wheelbase this thing has I'd drag going over an anthill.Â

Fabri-Cobbler Posted September 9, 2022 Author Posted September 9, 2022 Was having issues with the way I had the tail lights rigged up before.  So I decided to just return to the Cherokee wiring to make it work out.  Used my knockoff Dremel to make the Cherokee sockets fit.Â
Fabri-Cobbler Posted September 13, 2022 Author Posted September 13, 2022 Messed around with a bunch of small stuff today.  Some finish welds, painting some parts of the frame.  Tail light wiring.  Took the flares off and they were rough behind, may patch in the bedsides, may not. I'll weld a tab to the inner bed to brace it for now.  Hopefully maybe I'll test drive this thing in the next few days.  Â
Fabri-Cobbler Posted September 14, 2022 Author Posted September 14, 2022 Tagged it today. Went for a spin around the block... Snapchat-1711686708.mp4
Pete M Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022  boy do I remember that first drive around the block with my MJ. scary as hell! (no shocks, no rear shaft, and front spool which meant only one tire had power)  you'll want to host the videos on youtube though. the CC isn't very good at it. Â
Fabri-Cobbler Posted March 2, 2023 Author Posted March 2, 2023 Took time today and finally got it one color scheme.  Slowly but surely.Â
Pete M Posted March 2, 2023 Posted March 2, 2023 getting close!  are you planning on flares or going neked?
Fabri-Cobbler Posted March 3, 2023 Author Posted March 3, 2023 Polishing a turd Pete.  And I'm considering it. It needs some bigger shoes for sure also.Â
Fabri-Cobbler Posted March 5, 2023 Author Posted March 5, 2023 Stuck it back together.  Now to score some bigger tires. Â
