What are these? on a 89 comanche under dash electronics?

I am working on a 8 mj.  what is these parts for under the dash on drivers side?

the box with the gears is your O2 sensor mechanical timer.   (lights up the check engine light at about 75k miles)

the box with the velcro is your intermittent wiper brain box.

 

no idea what the electronic servo thing is for.  not factory. 

can't tell what that first photo is.

5&6 aftermarket cruise

1st one is the wiper circuit breaker

ok,  wiper circuit breaker makes sense because the wipers do not work and it was rust in place.

 

I need to do some cleaning of the fuse box.  there is a bit (LFOL) of corrosion in it.

 

Just I really don't need the emissions timer

 

and it does have cruise control but I do not know if it works.   I first have to make it able to go down the road.

I got all the wiring taken out,  lots of pieces for the cruise control (?).  I am hoping that I can make it work again.
