B Pillar Lights

I have some factory b-pillar lights that are fully functional, but unfortunately the clips are broken on both.  Any quick tips on getting these to stay mounted in the pillar without the clips?

i used super glue at one point. but I'm just a "it works, eh!?'' kinda guy.

maybe pull the trim off and from behind push the ligts in and put a zip tie around the lights so they don't fall out?

Have the same problem with one of mine so I used 3m double sided tape and cut real thin strips. It doesn't work to well in the cold just a heads up.

Thanks everyone - I do have some doublestick laying around so I’ll give that a shot and see how she fares. 
 

Was curious if anyone had done anything outside the box but maybe the best approach on this one is to keep it simple!

Before I installed my S10's I wrapped electrical tape around the original ones until there was enough to create a tight enough fit so they wouldn't fall out.  Not elegant but it worked.
