Comunchy
I have some factory b-pillar lights that are fully functional, but unfortunately the clips are broken on both. Any quick tips on getting these to stay mounted in the pillar without the clips?
MiNi Beast
i used super glue at one point. but I'm just a "it works, eh!?'' kinda guy.
Jesse J
maybe pull the trim off and from behind push the ligts in and put a zip tie around the lights so they don't fall out?
BeaterComanche86
Have the same problem with one of mine so I used 3m double sided tape and cut real thin strips. It doesn't work to well in the cold just a heads up. Something like this: https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/3m-super-strength-molding-tape-1-2-x-5-ft-03609/6012221-p?product_channel=local&store=5106&adtype=pla&product_channel=local&store_code=5106&gclid=CjwKCAiA57D_BRAZEiwAZcfCxRuCV25aexE_QzSWRPwsjWkuEdvfpH24Wbh9tiE5kANny4M7mvqvihoCEZYQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
Comunchy
Thanks everyone - I do have some doublestick laying around so I’ll give that a shot and see how she fares. Was curious if anyone had done anything outside the box but maybe the best approach on this one is to keep it simple!
rokinn
Before I installed my S10's I wrapped electrical tape around the original ones until there was enough to create a tight enough fit so they wouldn't fall out. Not elegant but it worked.
