Unfortunately it sounds like the guy selling it knows absolutely nothing about it..
And a disassembled motor is very very concerning considering that's that hardest to find part.

What transmission was in the diesel, I see it's a 5 speed. Probably the BA10-5?

 

Same color as my Comanche, interior and exterior....

 

Never mind, $1000 round trip worth of fuel to go get it to my house, a week of my time....

ax 5 the small brother of the ax 15 I'm 90% sure

Oddly enough the 2.1L Renault did get the AX5 as its only transmission and the bell house for it is also uncommon.

I shipped a car to my sister from here to Orlando for like $550 IIRC.
