Antenna base is stripped and looking for a replacement.  This is an early 86 Comanche with a 2.8 V6.  Original or aftermarket does not matter if fits and looks ok.  Photos of the hole attached.  Found one claming to fit on ebay but looks like it is for a flat surface.  Finding an antenna looks easy enough but the base not so much.

Thanks, going with the crutchfield one as already getting speakers/stereo from there anyway.  Will see which way my father goes with his engine choice after he gets it moving again after getting it painted.  He will either fix the oil leaks on his 2.8, swap with a 3.4, go chevy small block, or LS.  I know that with early 86 nothing is straight fordward other than the 3.4.  I will probably reach my 10 posts in no time if he tries to stuff a V8 in there.

Sounds good, don’t forget to reseal where the antenna cable goes into the cab. It’s a frequent leak area. Give yourself a little “drip loop” so the water doesn’t have a straight shot down the cable and into the cab.
