yeah I thought I'd just let you know they look like they are in good condition and I saw the wanted thing. hopefully it hasnt been tossed yet

You're putting it lightly. Especially when it's rusty and you can hardly tell where the spot welds are to begin with.

 

And I do believe that I was the first person to ask about the frame caps in this thread. My use for them would probably be as a pattern to make new ones from.

I... don't remember.     I kinda want to go back with a steering wheel puller. if I do I'll check.  I kinda have a pile of them already.
