Dave Vig Posted November 4, 2020 Posted November 4, 2020 Ok so I need a rear differential yoke and a rear u joint. Hope this isn’t a dumb ? But rock auto had several choices. Do I need to no if my rear end is a Dana 44 ? Dana 35 or Chrysler 8.25? I believe I had what I have confirmed here that I have a Dana 44 (see pic attached). Can any one help as to what I need to get or are they all the same ?
Dave Vig Posted November 4, 2020 Author Posted November 4, 2020 Here is a few pics of the rear end of my Comanche
Dave Vig Posted November 4, 2020 Author Posted November 4, 2020 Pete did you see what I was asking about the rear differential yolk? And rear u joint?
Dave Vig Posted November 4, 2020 Author Posted November 4, 2020 So does the rear differential yolk need to be for the Dana 44 ? I’m assuming yes correct?

All rear axles used the same u-joint so just get one for the rear and you're good. I would recommend Spicer brand for both. You can get them from Rock Auto I believe. Decent price and as good or better (sometimes way better) than other options.
