I've got a 1990 Comanche that has a 5.5in Rubicon express suspension lift and I'd like to return the the truck back to stock height. Its pretty clear by the silver paint which parts in the front end were part of the lift kit and would likely need to be replaced (maybe certain parts could remain?). The rear I'm not so sure, are new leaf springs in order? Is it as simple as just replacing parts back to original or is there anything I need to be concerned about?

So just at first glance you'd need stock springs, shocks, sway bar links, track bar, and go spring under again. Not sure about the brake lines/ driveshaft.

so on the rear you are spring over, will have to change that back to spring under. The front just looks like springs, sway links, trac bar. and I'm going to assume upper and lower control arms as no side picture

More pictures. Looks like the bracket for the brakes lines over the rear axle was removed to account for the height. Is there somewhere that would indicate wether I'll need brake lines?

yeah, youl'll have to remove the perchs and weld them back on under the axle. as for brake lines, it looks like they just removed the bracket and bent the lines

You won't have to do any welding on the axle, they luckily left the perches on the axle so yeah, just unbolt the ubolts and stick the axle back on top of the springs.

No, he won't. Look at his first photo of the rear axle. They left the original spring perches on the axle. All he has to do is remove the u-bolts, move the axle back on top of the springs, and replace the u-bolts.

The front has drop brackets, which will have to be removed. The track bar also has a drop bracket, so he'll need a factory bracket for the frame (driver''s side) end, and a stock track bar and stock control arms.

And stock-length shock absorbers on both ends.

Looks like the rear bump stops are completely gone. Those should be replaced, as well, although it can be driven without them. Just don't load it heavily.
