Found a relay cover, oh $#!& handle and leather wrapped steering wheel looks new. I tried that and changed the O to a 0 and its still not popping up. Maybe the S is a 5. Nope that's wrong too. I don't know whats wrong about it. It all looks right and like a Jeep VIN.
