Ωhm
Dick Teague did both the XJ/MJ and AMX/3, but I don't know the third vehicle.

The Ford GT40 and the Comanche (Cherokee) were both engineered by Roy Lund. Unfortunately Mr. Lund passed away recently. He had quite a successful career. https://jalopnik.com/ford-gt-and-jeep-cherokee-engineering-legend-roy-lunn-d-1797912762 On 12/21/2017 at 8:08 PM, Ωhm said: Dick Teague did both the XJ/MJ and AMX/3, but I don't know the third vehicle. Dick Teague was another automotive great, but he was a designer, responsible for the Jeep styling.

AMC commissioned former Ferrari engineer Giotto Bizzarrini to engineer and build the AMX 3's in Italy. Bizzarrini is credited for being the father of the Ferrari 250 GTO. cruiser54
Just for fun, here's a link to my album from the AMC Owner's show in Sedona, Arizona years back. The AMX is the prototype. Not for the 3 of course.... https://imgur.com/a/spPds
