I spent a few days on this and this is the absolute cheapest way you can buy all the panels brand new. Auto Metal Direct makes pretty much everything but Carid is consistently cheaper on all the parts. Buying everything through AMD runs closer to $13k. 69 Charger Cheapest.ods
