Bacon
wow, that is an amazing resto. nice work man. now you should sell it to me so i can put my 4x4 running gear in it and beat it all to hell! j/k...sort of. question for you: that cup holder you have. will it hold two large Tim's coffees or are they too close together? i'm about to put an xj console in my manche and am wondering about cupholders. Those cup holders don't seem to hold much of anything. They'll fit an 8oz can of soda, but that's all I've found that actually fits in the the indented section. Thinking I just need to fab my own to fit the large plastic cups from wendy's.
87manche
where did the headliner come from? it's a really nice job through and through/
Pfrenet
The cup holders came from an XJ and they will only hold cans of soda, mainly all I need it for is to hold my Pepsi. The headliner I purchased over the internet from www.ultimateperformancecar.ca, it's a foamed back headliner material measuring 4'5" wide by 6' long. Cost about $35.00. It was very easy to work with. There is enough material left over ( about 18" X 6') that can be used for other purposes (speaker enclosures, etc.). Comes in many different colors. I used a heavy duty spray adhesive made by Loctite, worked very well.
