Vacuum harness part #

I am looking for the NAPA part number for the vacuum harness that connects all the vac lines.  It's located in front of the manfold on the Renix 4.0.

 

My cruise control line snapped at the harness and I cannot fix it.  I will need to replace the passenger side harness.

 

Some where on CC there was the part number at NAPA.

They're Dorman parts, look them up at http://www.dormanproducts.com and you can find them at a lot more places. Amazon, eBay, RockAuto, etc.

Rear harness Napa part number BK 715-1366 or Dorman 46004
