Anyone know of a fender flare other than M-Max that I've found that will give additional tire clearance, look factory and not have to cut fenders?

All a flare does it extend out from the side of the truck to keep debris down. A lift and fender trimming are the only things that will give you extra clearance.  If you think about it if a flar is open above the normal wheel arch the tire will still contact the arch first

You have to cut the fenders to get additional clearance, Even the M-max are cut outs.

Napier & Bushwhacker are two other good ones.

I have the bushwhackers, No complaints so far.

There's another older thread about flares where I posted a pic of an MJ with Late model Chevy truck flares put on it. They looked real good. I can't tell you anything about how they were mounted but they seemed like a good alternative.

I saw this too, They looked damn good!

Although it didnt look like they covered much, Seemed almost flat on the fender.

You will have to cut fenders but there is a thread where someone took two pair of oem flares cut and put together to accommodate for larger opening looked great and stock

Thanks for all the information. I already have a 6 inch rough country lift with 33's on it.  They catch the factory fender flares at full turn.  I prefer not  to cut the fender out but may have to or go down a size in tires.

Thanks again

You can keep your 33's, they fit fine with proper bump stoping and clearancing and with enough cutting you could easily fit a lot bigger tires.

This is one my old cherokee's with 6" coils and stock flares

Same suspension on my old 2door Cherokee with cut fenders
