Incommando Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 If you are signed in there is a green "button" above the right side of the big green bar that is at the head of the list of topics. it says "start new topic." Press that and away you go.... To reply to a topic press the green button that is in the same location within a thread that you have opened. It says "reply to this topic."
