Trapn6.0 Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Utility bed located between Colorado springs and pueblo. $100 bucks tskes it. Need it gone in the next few days. If not it goes to the scraper. Built specially for a long bed comanche. Locks work bumper included.
mikejenn2 Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 I would but I live roughly 880 miles and or 14 hrs away it would cost 340$ round trip just to go pick it up
Automan2164 Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 I always thought an MJ with a service body would be awesome. Bit too far away for me. Rob
Trapn6.0 Posted August 25, 2014 Author Posted August 25, 2014 I wouldn't send it to the scrapper but I'm moving and have no way to take it.
Automan2164 Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 I was thinking this would be perfect for you Jim. Make yourself up a nice yard truck. Rob
Trapn6.0 Posted August 26, 2014 Author Posted August 26, 2014 Leaving monday at latest. Ill be home all week for pickup
Trapn6.0 Posted August 26, 2014 Author Posted August 26, 2014 Jim if you would like pm me your number.
yellaheep Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Whew! Glad Jim will grab this. I wanted to........ but I don't need an 8th MJ project....... And Jim is right down the street compared to my haul out to go get the thing.
JeepcoMJ Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Sonofagun. I literally need this exact part for the 3800
xjrev10 Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 I'll take it. How soon you moving? Thank god. I actually had a nightmare about this going to scrap. No friggen idea why! I don't even have a truck this would go on!
Comanche County Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I think its clear there's enough interest to save it from the scrapper...... I'd even donate to Jimoshel's gas money or helper's wage to save it,,,,,who knows, I might come out west to get it. As far as I can recall, no one in the country has built a kick "A" 4x4 MJ utility truck yet.
FrankTheDog Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Phew, I was trying to justify driving 8 hours or so out of my way coming back from Montana to get it. Glad I don't have to now.
xjrev10 Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 $640 in dizzle just to get me there and back..... That goodness somebody is grabbing it.
Automan2164 Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 One of the local gravel pit guys has a lifted F350 with a service body on it. I stare at it whenever I see it. Big ol' window banner that says "DIRT FARMER" over the top. I think an MJ with this service body and a tasteful 3" lift or so would be the bees knees. Rob
jakewalter Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I could use it on my search and rescue MJ to haul all my crap. Have a great weekend you guys.
ride172 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I have it in the back of my f150. I don't really want it on my mj. If anyone wants to buy it I can store it for a while. I'm not looking to make money on it. Just want it to go to a good home. I payed $100 for it and have about $60 worth of gas used in picking it up. Who wants it?
ride172 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Still haven't figured out how to unload it by myself yet. If you want it badly and live in No. Colorado I would deliver it. But I'm trying to get it unloaded today so I can pull my boat to the lake.
ride172 Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 http://comancheclub.com/topic/44215-trapn60-topper/?do=findComment&comment=450298 ^ that is why Jim didn't pick it up.
Trapn6.0 Posted September 5, 2014 Author Posted September 5, 2014 He sent me one. Might want to pm him.
ride172 Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 I thought that is what happened. It will work itself out.
