And if I obstruct that hose, the engine would die.

That's is the hose that comes out of the charcoal canister . That is how it's supposed to be

Ohh really? Then the whistling sound its normal?

I don't recall whistling coming out of mine . Check your vacuum / emissions hoses and routing to make sure there correct

The cap is cracked and needs replacing if it's whistling

This cap shuts down your engine?

This peice last weekend just fell off my truck i put it back and now I'm having like a weird shut down issue...

It may cause rough running but not shutdown AFAIK.

Thanks for the reply, cheking the cap asap, and if I obstruct the "air-flow" from that house, the engine would die.

This peice last weekend just fell off my truck i put it back and now I'm having like a weird shut down issue...

Well my truck its running "smooth" but it does have some weird things now and then, like loosing power, or triyng to start by itself when I shut it down, but I'm blaming demon for that. And if I was you, Ill check on those vaccum hoses.
