^is the section of the fuse box that mounts inside the cab and goes through the firewall to the connectors on the other side. I cut the supports off, put two layers of foil backed insulation, cut a piece of cheap steel to fit snug in the recessed area and put a bolt in the existing threads through the center.

I wanted to make sure it got a water tight seal so I used the only thong I had on hand- some red rtv

Small update- its back on the road, no more high idle, no more oil or vacuum leaks and pretty much done with the harness.

Tomorrow I will finish wiring up the blower motor and ac clutch relay through the ecu and then loom everything. Rewiring the entire truck has been a chore and at times I seriously considered throwing in the towel and just buying a painless kit but now that its finished I am very pleased and glad I took the time to rewire everything myself. I was really surprised how well it ran after I put it all back together and for the first time since I got this truck I can drive it without worrying...

I love this thing... lol

Dude I want to do that c101 rewiring and fuse panel so bad like the later model one but I'm scared to even dare to adapt something that I don't know what goes where....

The C101 is relatively simple albeit tedious if you go one wire at a time and you wouldnt NEED to remove tge harness to do it.

 Really like how you put the dash in the MJ, something I have never seen.

I see you support the Empire.

I have the rebels emblem on my MJ.

Thanks!

I got the vinyl made at the flea market and have since seen several white jeeps around tampa sporting the same damn sticker lol...

I want to have a 9/11 type sticker done depicting the death star with "never forget" written under it.

Finished up a few odds and ends yesterday...

I went through and cleaned up all the wiring in the dash, finally got rid of all the HVAC crap and insulated my blower system, re configured my AC controls and sorted my sound system out (still getting a small 'pop' from the woofer when the system is turned off)

I also put the newer style face on my mechanical speedo. Pretty happy with the set up for now
