So here i go.

Been working on my projet for 2 years now.

Now that it's done i can share with u what i have been working on.

My truck started as a 1989 short bed.

This is what i was running back then,

1997 xj, 6'' Rubicon express lift, 35'' tires, dana 44 from a 2005 Rubicon TJ and 4:1 terra low.

And now after 2 year of drive way built

This is my Comanche.

And yes i know that it look's like the Zone off road truck...

There was only 2 steps on my truck that were not done by me.

Full sand-blast of the frame and cab + black primer

And the mecanical swap that was done by part vendor.

This is the Inside of my custon bed

The close front part holds the gas tank and 2 optima battery

I also run with 2 power tank, 1 35'' spare and a Warn 8000 pound winch

Ok I'm sold..... I've been trying to figure out how to keep my bedsides but protect them from being crushed all at the same time...... never even considered having removable bedsides........ I also drew considerable inspiration from the Zone Offroad Truck, well at least with my roll cage..... very nice...

This is how i do my door rocker's

I use 2x3 tubing end the weld quarter inch flat bar Under it. The flat bar is to fix the rock sliders

The slider is close to the door and close the truck.
